Why Should You Rent From Greentown Real Estate
Greentown Real Estate is committed to providing a strong community atmosphere on all of our properties. We process applications to rent on a “first come, first served” basis. (An Application to rent can be printed from the link below).
We require an applicant's income be three times the monthly rent, and they must have a positive rental history. To apply, you must have your completed application and $40.00 (per applicant) payable in cashier’s check or money order. We will process your application within 24 hours.
Once approved, you may pay the deposit on the rental unit to hold it for up to one week.
